Life is good again. No, there is still no dairy-free ranch dressing, but ZAX SAUCE IS DAIRY-FREE! Oh… the little things that give big joy.

Dairy Free.
It sounded simple enough. Princess never drinks milk.
Have you ever REALLY thought about this? That means BUTTER (no margarine in this house), GERMAN PANCAKES, hollandaise sauce, RANCH DRESSING (!), cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, MACARONI & CHEESE (!!)… and the list goes on. I did not realize how often I cook with dairy products [...]
