I bought a 9-volt battery on our way home from church today, thinking we could try this experiment from La Paz Home Learning.   (She’s designed a unit study based on the Harry Potter books, for those of you who hadn’t heard.  We aren’t doing the study, but I thought this was a neat thing to try.)

Do I *really* want to give Flower Child the tools to burn down the house?
